Phil Goldsmith has held senior positions in a broad spectrum of fields including law, journalism, business and government. Most recently he was managing director of the City of Philadelphia.
He is now a columnist for the Philadelphia Daily News, writing every other Wednesday and is a principal in GoldsmithKahn Associates, a public issues management consulting firm.
Here are more individuals, 21 years of age or younger, who have been slain since mid-May to June 12th. These are in addition to the 42 individuals 21 years of age or younger who had been murdered from January 1, 2006 to mid-May.

In short, thirteen individuals 21 or younger have been murdered in a two-week period. That brings the number to 55 since January 1. This just represents the tip of the iceberg since there have been many more murdered since the begining of the year, but they are older than 21. We will get to those individuals later.
